1.                    Are You A Self Starter?
If someone tells me what to do, I keep going all right.

I can plan my own work. Nobody needs to prompt me to get going.

I am easy going. I don't put myself out until I have to.
2.                     How Do You Feel About Other People?
Most people annoy me I avoid talking to them.

Most people are good people. I can get along with them quite easily.

I have a close circle of friends and I don't need anybody else.
3.                    Can You Lead Others?
I can drive people to do things the way I want them done.

Most people go along with me without much difficulty.

I let someone else lead and get things moving.
4.                   Can You Take Responsibility?
I want someone else take responsibility. I take responsibility only if I must.

I let others take responsibility if they are eager to.

I work best when I am in charge.
5.                  How Good An Organiser Are You?
I always have a plan before I start my work.

I do not need a plan to start my work. I can manage without a plan.

I take things as they come and they work out fine.
6.                  How Good A Worker Are You?
I do not think hard work can get you anywhere.

I'll work hard in short spurts. I do not waste time if i do not get results.

I work hard and continue to work till I achieve the desired result.
7.                  Can You Make Decisions?
I think long to take a decision. I do not like to make up my mind fast.

I can make up my mind quickly, and my decisions are usually right.

I don't like to take decisions. I feel my decisions will be wrong.
8.                  Can People Trust What You Say?
I normally say the right thing but sometimes I take the easy way out.

They always can. I  just don't say things I don't mean.

I do not worry much about what I say because no one knows the difference?
9.                   Can You Stick With It?
Nothing can stop me from doing what I want to do once I make up my mind.

If I do not get the desired results, I am willing to reconsider my decision
and admit making a mistake.

I finish what I start.
10.                 Can You Keep Records?
Records are not important. I normally know what is required without
keeping records.

I can, but I focus on  to get the work rather than on shuffling numbers.

Records need to be kept so I keep them whether I like it or not.
