Objectives

This highly interactive workshop develops Soft Skills and Leadership attributes and behaviors as
they relate to successful management and leadership practices. Participants experience team-
building activities, discuss team stages, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, understand roles
and are transformed into motivated achievers and performers.

After attending the workshop, the participants will be able to develop soft skills for better
performance at their work place, differentiate between formal and informal communication,

Course Description

This practical course provides skills and techniques for handling any communication situation with
greater flexibility, confidence, and impact. The participants will assess their communication strengths
and weaknesses, as well as enhance their ability to understand others. Defining communication and
effective listening skills, identifying and avoiding communication barriers, and learning how to
motivate and influence others will be included.

  • Recognize and assess your own communication style

  • Increase your understanding of how your behavior impacts others and the way others
    respond to you

  • Create an action plan for continually improving interpersonal skills
